Midnight Sun

well it looks like we might never know Edward's point of view. Stephanie Meyer just announced that she is putting Midnight Sun (Twilight from Edwards POV) on hold indefinitely!!

Someone got a hold of a partial draft (she knows who it was) of Midnight Sun and illegally posted it online. In a statement on her website, Stephenie said that she is putting work on the novel on hold indefinitely, meaning it may never be published. I'm hoping once things blow over and she's calmed down she'll change her mind and complete the novel.

Stephenie has decided that since the copy has already circulated on the Internet, she herself would provide access to the novel, so fans wouldn't have to feel guilty about reading it and being curious. The portion posted goes up to about halfway through chapter 11 ("Complications") of Twilight. There is a link on the main page of her website, as well as a letter from Stephenie, for anyone who is interested.

I don't know if I am going to read it. I want the book in my hand to read it! But if there's a chance it won't ever be published then I'll at least read what I can. But I don't know what I am going to do right now.

There's a link to Stephenie's website in my list of links to the right, if you're interested.

Say What in Vinyl

I would like to promote my Aunt's web site, say what in vinyl it is a very cute website. When I move back into my house I am totally going to put some of these up. Check out this page for some cute ideas. This is a wonderful way to warm up a home. Vinyl is a great way to express yourself. It is a great way to personalize your home (and office) with self-adhesive vinyl lettering. It is an exciting way to decorate your walls, wood and other surfaces.

Sam in Dubai

Sam was recently in Dubai. He had a great time there. When I was there was were suppose to stay in the "sandbox" near the ship. But now they are are allowed to take tours of the area. i am so jealous. Dubai looks to interesting and I would have loved to seen the place.

I would love to see the Palm Dubai, they are the largest artificial islands in the world and can be seen from space. World Islands, 300 artificially created islands in the shape of the world. The Burj al-Arab hotel . The worlds tallest hotel. Considered the only ‘7 star’ hotel and the most luxurious hotel in the world. It stands on an artificial island in the sea. I have actully seen this one from a far back in 2003 when I was there.

Dubai is one of the seven emirates that make up the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on the Persian Gulf. Dubai is the most populous and second largest emirate of the UAE after Abu Dhabi. Dubai has become world famous place through innovative real estate projects, sports events, conferences and Guinness records. And that is pretty much all I know about that place.

Here are some pictures of Sam when he was there:

Incase anyone wanted to know we have about two months (+/- a couple of days) left of this deployment!!!!

Gwen's hand 5

I am sorry I have not done a update on Gwen's hand. Her hand is doing very well!! All of the extra /hanging skin is gone. All that is left is a scab from where the burn was the deepest. The red/pink on her hand is where she was burned. I am guessing it is the new skin. She is no longer wearing the wrap expect in the morning when I put ointment on the palm area. She also wears the warp when she is going out side to play.

My ballerina

I have signed Gwenith and Gilbert up for dance classes. I am so excited to get them into doing activities (sports)! Their first class is this Friday.

I got some leotards from my aunt Shuanna's garage sell last week and today I dressed Gwenith in it. She just loved it. She went around the house and showed everyone her outfit. To top off her little show she did a little turn and a jump. I think she is really ready to go to dance class.

Gilbert likes to jump and do turns to so I think he will enjoy the class to. I just need to buy him some short and a t-shirt to wear to class too. oh and I have to go buy them both Ballet Shoes. I am not quit sure what type of shoes I buy Gilbert, I guess I will find out.

This picture shows off her burn on her hand

Yes this is Gwen putting on her shoes. She knows how put on her own shoes!

she likes to wear the black and the pink shoes at the same time

twilight trailor spoof

whats the weather like outside?

Gwenith and Gilbert got into our winter clothes that I had put away months ago, not well enough, they were under my bed. They were so cute walking around the house with their mittens and beanies on, mind you they were wearing short sleeves and shorts with them and it is in the 90s outside!
