I decide to try to charge my camera (not the d40 one) to see if that is the problem with it. And guess what it is now working!!! I swear it never told me the battery was low. I was last using it at the pool and the next day I tired to use it and it would not work. The screen looked like it had water in it so I assumed it some how got wet the day before. I was very upset at myself for breaking another camera but now a week later it is working and I am soooo happy!

Might have just needed time to dry. I thought my husband was going to kill me when I accidentally washed a second cell phone. I put it out to dry for 3 days turned it back on and it worked!!!
